Punctuation Sensation

School really is gooder for you. A comma in this sentence would be good but it wouldn't be funny.

Guitar Hero World Tour, Drum FAIL!

So, I pre-ordered Guitar Hero World Tour as a birthday present for myself. I woke up early (10:00 am) and went down to Best Buy. Waited in line at Customer Service (for some lame reason you can't check-out at the normal cash register when you do a pre-order...?) Finally got checked out and paid for the entire Band Kit. Got home, set it up and I was most excited about the drum kit- this one isn't like the Rock Band kit because it has 2 cymbal pads. Anyhow, I got it all put together and I was ready to rock out when... WTF!! THE DRUMS DON'T WORK RIGHT!! I was confused, so I tried unhooking everything and making sure all was properly plugged in and synced up- but to no avail... the Orange Drum pad for Guitar Hero World Tour is not responsive! And, the other drums pads don't play correctly like the sensitivity is messed up. I am so bummed out. I played the game using the mic and the guitar and those were just fine but the drums are broken. So, I called Best Buy because I wanted to bring the faulty drums back and switch them out but apparently other people were having the same problem and on top of that they were all sold out the game anyhow; so even if I could exchange the drum kit chances are the next set would be faulty too.
I guess I will wait and see what Activision & Red Octane are going to do about this problem. I am tempted to just return the entire thing to Best Buy, get my money back and wait for the next (& corrected) batch to come out.
If anyone hears what the scoop is, post a reply and let me know!

Yay! Curb is coming back for Season 7

HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" will be back in production in December, with 10 season-seven episodes slated for next year, sources close to the series said.
The pay cabler has yet to release an airdate or exec producer lineup for season seven of the comedy skein created, exec produced and starring Larry David.
Half-hour's season-six finale aired in November of last year -- a lengthy break, but not as pronounced as the 21-month gap between seasons five and six. Launched in October 2000, series is the longest running in the HBO lineup. Winner of the 2003 comedy series Golden Globe, "Curb Your Enthusiasm" was nominated for four Emmys this year, including series, guest thesp (Shelley Berman), casting and editing.
Finale left off with Larry still separated from wife Cheryl (Cheryl Hines) and hooking up with house guest Loretta Black (Vivica A. Fox), although it was left unclear as to whether that was a dream sequence.

Look Jesse, it's Catwig!

Sorry, inside joke- but still quite funny.

This is a real person... a very scary person

Oh, the Horror! Please make my eyes stop bleeding! I just had to share these delightful pictures with my loyal readers- you can thank me later.
I mean really, WTF is going on with this guy. First of all, I really think that he thinks he is cool. This doesn't look like a joke, I mean an on-purpose joke. Secondly, WOW... no words.

This bear wants a Pic-a-nic basket

Smarter than the average bear for sure. I am guessing this is the real Yogi. Speaking of, I miss real cartoons...

Most Awesome Picture Ever, I mean it this time (until the next time that is)

Click this to see it bigger- it is so worth it.

Explanation: Is there any place in the world you could see a real sight like this? Yes. Pictured above is single exposure image spectacular near, far, and in between. Diving into the Earth far in the distance is part of the central band of our Milky Way Galaxy, taken with a long duration exposure. Much closer, the planet Jupiter is visible as the bright point just to band’s left. Closer still are picturesque buttes and mesas of the Canyonlands National Park in Utah, USA, lit by a crescent moon. In the foreground is a cave housing a stone circle of unknown origin named False Kiva. The cave was briefly lit by flashlight during the long exposure. Astrophotographer Wally Pacholka reports that getting to the cave to take this image was no easy trek. Also, mountain lions were a concern while waiting alone in the dark for just the right exposure.

Garbage Pail Kids Rock!

This is the best Garbage Pail Kid card ever. Did anyone else collect these? I know this is a spoof but still.

That's an inside joke.
Everybody on the count of 3, KITTY!

Photoshop and Lost

The weird thing about this picture is how "normal" it kinda looks- I mean, well... it's hard to verbalize but this picture is trippy. I will leave it at that.

Charlie and Kate had broken up after Charlie was killed off the show, but they are back together now.

The Disinfectant Can Do What?!?!

Let's hope this is somehow a translation error...
you might need to click on the picture to see it full size, then you can see the weirdness.

That is a talented Barber!

Yes, I'd like to take about half an inch off the top, oh- and could you please create a 3-D Obama hologram on the back of my head? Thanks.

New Obama "Toy", this is NSFW

Yeah... I really don't know what to say about this but thought I would share. This is Not Safe for Work so click from home. Here is the picture of the product, if you want to see more then click the link, it's pretty funny and very odd.

I'm pretty sure this isn't endorsed by Obama, LOL.

Star Trek Goodies and Screenshots

Sylar anyone?

No more Whitecastle for John Cho. He is Sulu now.
I am not a Star Trek fan nor a Trekkie- if anything I pick Star Wars over Star Trek, however-
since my man J.J. Abrams is the visionary behind the new Star Trek film I am excited about it. Plus, I am a geek and therefore I must at the very least see the movie. So, the pics that I saw all look great and it gets me psyched for the film. Zachary Quinto is awesome as Sylar and he is an incredible choice as Spock- I mean look at the guy, he looks just like Spock only more badass!
Read more Star Trek spoilers and see more screenshots HERE.

Did you watch SNL on Thursday? Crazy McCain Rally Lady

You might be wondering about the "crazy McCain rally lady" that showed up during Weekend Update- well, here is the clip of the actual lady at a McCain rally and the SNL clip making fun of her.

This is so scary, seriously

So these are the people that are supporting McCain/Palin. I know this is not indicative of all their supporters, but, even if some of the supporters are like this then I am really scared. I am scared of the ignorance and blatant racism.

Obama and his wife are Christians- not Muslim- he has never practiced Islam.

Another lie circulating is that Obama doesn't have the US Flag on his plane- this is a lie.
Another lie is that Obama does not say the Pledge of Allegiance. This is a lie. He has led the Senate during the Pledge of Allegiance.
People are being lied to and think all these horrible things about Obama. Its just sad that people get forwarded an e-mail and just believe whatever it says. It's sad really.

Ana should have thought this out...

Come on, really? No one told her that this wasn't a good idea?
I guess she didn't send out ideas to her co-workers and have them vote on the best personalized plate.

Awesome Headstone

Mine would say; New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men, Nsync, Jason Mraz, Blink 182, Christina Aguilera, Cypress Hill, Eminem, John Mayer, R.E.M., 50 Cent, Jack Johnson, Alanis Morrisette, Fall Out Boy, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Genesis, Kanye West- and as of tonight- Death Cab for Cutie- and in a couple weeks I can add Metallica.
I am sure there are some I have forgotten... my musical taste is all over the map...

Perfect Cat-toon

This is so accurate it is mind boggling. Watch til the end, it's hilarious!!

My prom dress wasn't this cool

I really hope this guy got laid after wearing a matching vest like that.

Vote NO on Woman Suffrage!

Lets see, do I prefer to be holding a baby uncomfortably close to my face or to be protesting my right to vote? This is a tough one... Hmm... is the baby mine? Because then I pick protesting for sure. If the baby isn't mine I can always give it back to who ever it belongs to, so then I would pick holding the baby. Decisions, decisions.

Totally Busted

How long ago was this? Look at the gas price in the picture.

Still, the bus driver really should have taken his own car...

Eagle Eye movie review, 2.5 out of 5

Jesse and I saw Eagle Eye on Saturday night. It was pretty good but I felt like the plot was predictable and for the most part, the movie had been done before. There wasn't really anything original about it. I did like all of the characters and acting- so that was all good. I was surprised to see Rosario Dawson in the movie because I had no idea she was in it- you would think they would have advertised that a bit more- and also Billy Bob was in it... although I am not sure that is something worth advertising! (The Bad News Bears (remake) was one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life!)

I really like Shia LaBeouf and he does a good job in the film but like I said earlier, the movie is just alright, nothing to write home about. My opinion is to wait for this one to come out on DVD (or Blu-Ray for the Blu-Ray snobs in the house).
