4:20 on April 20th
Thousands of people on the quad at the University of Colorado in Boulder exhale marijuana at 4:20 p.m. on April 20, an annual ritual marking the drug’s unofficial national holiday.
I didn't realize Boulder, Colorado was so awesome.
